The Census 2020 survey is not available online but will be available at the following link: https://2020census.gov/en/ways-to-respond.html (Census Day- April 1, 2020) The U.S. Census Bureau has set up a Call Center (301) 763-INFO (4636) or 800-923-8282 or ask.census.gov. In addition, I have also attached a copy of the 2020 Sample Questionnaire.
