The City of Hallandale Beach's first LEED Certified building, the Foster Park Community Center is home to the African-American/Caribbean Micro-Library with Computer Lab, and Historic Wing. This renovated 2-acre park has a shaded playground, pavilion, and a walking trail as well as open green space.
Outdoor Rental Hours: Mon - Sat 9AM-Dusk | Library Hours: Mon - Thu 3:30-8:30PM, Sat 10AM-4PM | Facility open for scheduled activities.
The center is operated by the Hallandale Beach Police Athletic League (PAL) providing multi-generational programs for the community. For more information on programs and activities, please visit: PAL Programs.
